RF for Face (skin tightening)
Our third Generation skin tightening treatment heats deep skin layers by delivering high frequency electrical currents via poles, or electrodes, to the body. Heating in the deeper dermis, to a constant 40 degrees Celsius, stimulates fibroblast action. In turn, this increases the synthesis of new collagen and elastin fibres.
What you need to know
This thermal trauma which occurs to 5-30% of the collagen fibres causes an immediate contraction of the fibres. The contraction results in the production of new collagen in treated areas. After 8 weekly treatments, you can see a noticeable difference in skin where it looks firmer and tighter, and wrinkles appear much finer.

Is RF skin tightening treatment safe?
Yes, anyone above the age of 18 can do RF treatment.
How do you feel during and after treatment?
During treatment it feels like a very soothing hot massage on the area. After treatment, some clients have a little redness or may have a slight tingling sensation. These should only last for a day.
Which areas can be treated with RF?
Face, neck, around the eyes and decolletage.
How many treatments are recommended and how often?
We normally recommend 6+ treatments done fortnightly.
